Modmarket

Modmarket---Greenwood Village Location

With the urging of a few in our group who had been before, we decided to go a little further than we typically go, and leave Parker to try out Modmarket. I am not normally a health food fanatic, and with a tag line like "Farm fresh eateries" I was a little wary. Upon entering the very trendy and modern looking establishment, and seeing their menu, I was pretty sure that my concerns were validated. Many in our group, however, were excited with the prospect of fresh, healthy eating options and were excited with the many salad choices.
When you first arrive you wait in line to order and pay at the front register. Once you do so you grab your drink and go and wait at a table. It is very simple and casual. I tried looking for the most unhealthy menu choice and settled on a barbeque pizza. Many others in the group also ordered pizzas, chicken dishes, sandwiches, or salads. Because we visited Modmarket pre-picture and individualized reviews, I cannot attest for everyone's take on eating there. However, from asking around that night and seeing food being eaten happily, I can easily say that Modmarket has many delicious options. The food truly does seem incredibly fresh, light, and as healthy as eating out can be. For a tasty meal that you feel good about eating, and at a good price, we suggest you try out Modmarket.

One thing to also note, they have many gluten free options to choose from. My husband happens to eat a gluten free diet and has tried gluten free pizza from 10+ places. He says that Modmarket is his favorite place to order pizza because they give you a decent sized pizza at a decent price ($12) with a lot of toppings/flavor.
