Pho Vy
It is strange that Parker of all places has one of the top voted "Best Pho" restaurants in Denver. Located in a non-assuming strip mall right off of Lincoln Ave., you would never guess that Pho Vy has such great food at great prices.
I can't remember if any of our group had been to Pho Vy prior to us going there, or if we purely went off the good reviews on Yelp, but needless to say many of us have been back since. I hadn't had Pho in years, and from the looks of Pho you would be a little turned off. However, with the many options and things you can add into the Vietnamese soup, it is delicious and hearty.
Some of our group ordered tofu pho, I ordered the steak pho option (I think), others ordered Pad Thai, and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Most dishes are around $10 and under, and you get a lot of food for that price.
The place seems new, pretty basic, and well-kept, and when we were there it seemed slow. We recommend it for a good place to eat or order take out.
